Fees & Charges

A fee of SAR 30 applies to each return or exchange request.
Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank’s policy.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Discounted items or items purchased as part of special offers (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
