Return and Exchange Policy

We value our customers and offer a flexible return and exchange policy in accordance with the following terms:

• Customers may return or exchange a product within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories (if any).
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

• A fee of 10 SAR applies to each return or exchange request.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank’s policy.

• Discounted items or items purchased as part of special offers (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
• Personal or consumable items (such as health or cosmetic products).
